The item is not at all as pictured. It appears to have been redesigned to use different folding geometry than pictured on the review. This results in a bookcase that is 40cm deep instead of 30cm. So already it may not fit your area.

Secondly, the packing and design are terrible. The item came shipped in two boxes. One containing the small rolling cabinet, fully assembled. The other contained the bookcase but required assembly. The packaging was poor and resulted in crack in the top of the rolling cabinet which I have tried to repair with glue and clamps. We will see how it holds up. The backing panel for the upper cabinet was snapped in two. I had to go to the hardware store and buy and cut a replacement panel. It doesn't match, but it's behind the glass doors, so no big deal. Still, I shouldn't have had to do that.

Then the hardware - what a mess. All of the screws and bolts, etc. appear to have just been dumped into the box. They were rattling around everywhere. I took everything out of the box, but several screws were missing. Again, had to source my own out of the hardware store.

The changed design also is disastrously documented. Instead of the desktop folding in two, it has only a single panel folding down behind the rolling cabinet. This is why the entire piece is thicker, so that they could maintain the overall length (although 10cm of the desk is now in the bookcase). Anyway, the mechanism is also much cheaper looking (probably the reason for the change) and the installation instructions are awful. There is a TINY diagram which is only helpful in the most general sense. The text is all in Chinese and the the pictures do not have nearly enough detail at this size to be of any use.

There is a requirement to attach the lever which supports the movement to the bookcase. The bracket has six screws and there are only four markings for holes where this is supposed to go. Secondly, there is really no way to get those four markings to line up with any 4 of the six holes. After several tries (and over 10 holes put into the cabinet) I have it so that it extends, and retracts, but in its closed state, the lower cabinet does not sit flat and tips forward at an angle.
