This is the fourth piece of furniture I’ve purchased from SPS FURNITURE. Every order arrived securely packed on a wooden pallet, ensuring the furniture suffered no damage during transit. Jason at SPS FURNITURE provides excellent service; for every order, he sends confirmation emails verifying the delivery address and phone number. Once the order is ready, he provides photos of the pallet packaging and tracking details. After scheduling the truck delivery, he supplies the tracking number, tracking link, and service contact information in advance. The truck drivers always call ahead to schedule a specific delivery time.
For this sofa bed, the frame came pre-assembled; I only needed to attach the backrests and armrests upon receipt, a task that took just half an hour. All the pillows, back cushions, and seat cushions were vacuum-packed, keeping them clean and tidy. They all sprang back to their original shape after the packaging was opened—though two of the backrests took two days to fully regain their form. The sofa bed frame is made of solid wood and is very heavy, while the fabric feels comfortable to the touch. I am extremely satisfied.

The service that SPS provided was outstanding. We always knew about the whereabouts of our order and were proactively informed via email. Better than expected. It's the perfect size for my combo office/guest room, and the cushions and bed are very comfortable. I was a bit apprehensive ordering a sofa online without trying it first, but would definitely buy this again and recommend it to anyone.

I bought this sofa sofa for my daughter. The sofa design is modern and the sofa cushion is comfortable, the sofa itself is sturdy and fits perfect in her small living room. It was a great purchase.

It actually arrived a week earlier than I expected it to. The size is perfect for my room, and the color is great. The cushions are a little stiff (which I like- not a bad thing for me). I haven't used the bed yet so I can't remark on the mattress, but I do intend to put on a thick mattress pad so I shouldn't have any complaints.
