Delivery was great. We opted for delivery at the front door, nothing extra because we'd be home and are capable of bringing it in our selves. The couch itself was easy to put together, it feels solid. We are using this as a couch in our office but also a guest bed when family comes up and it measured correctly as a queen size, more then enough room for two (2) people. I might add a pillow top mattress cover (I have some extras) for my older parents (they are in their late 60's) but other then that, it's not bad for a guest bed. It folds out and together VERY easily, which we love. All in all I think it's a great guest bed.

We ordered this sofa for my Office/Guest Room and it looks amazing. It’s very comfortable in my opinion. It is a heavy piece of furniture but easy to put together. The bed pulls out very easy and goes back in easy also. I have strength issues with my hands so this is a big plus for me. So glad I went with this sofa bed. Happy Customer
