Every order has arrived securely packed on a pallet inside a sturdy wooden box, ensuring the furniture suffers no damage during transit. Jason at SPS FURNITURE provides excellent service; for every order, he sent a confirmation email verifying the delivery address and contact details. Once the order is ready, he provides photos of the palletized shipment along with tracking information. After the truck delivery is scheduled, he emailed the tracking number, tracking link, and truck service contact details in advance. For every order, the truck driver contacted me beforehand to schedule a specific delivery time.
