This is the fifth piece of furniture I have purchased from SPS FURNITURE. Every order has arrived securely packed on a pallet inside a sturdy wooden box, ensuring the furniture suffers no damage during transit. Jason at SPS FURNITURE provides excellent service; for every order, he sent a confirmation email verifying the delivery address and contact details. Once the order is ready, he provides photos of the palletized shipment along with tracking information. After the truck delivery is scheduled, he emailed the tracking number, tracking link, and truck service contact details in advance. For every order, the truck driver contacted me beforehand to schedule a specific delivery time.
This is a highly reliable company that I would certainly recommend.

I've been researching what sofa to buy for about a year. Wanted to replace an old and cheapie, but still sorta relatively useful foldable sofa. I was looking for a particular aesthetic and shape. I found beautiful sofas that were very expensive, others that were made of cheap material that I knew would not last. Finally, by chance, I found exactly what I was looking for at a good price with good materials. I'm very pleased with the purchase. It's quite firm and comfortable, beautiful (gotten 3 compliments so far) and my dogs love it (the real seal of approval). It was easy to assemble, it is solid and it goes very well with the rest of my decor. Definitely a great purchase.

Absolutely beautiful couch. Solid heavy wood frame, feels very quality. It is very firm, but I love that it is. I added a few extra softer throw pillows. Cushion and pillow covers come off to wash. and there is small velcro strap on the back cushions to wrap around the frame to hold the cushions in place. The fabric is very nice, the look and the feel. I was weary to buy a couch online, but really glad I took the chance. Getting many compliments already and I have only had it a week. Beautiful, quality and extremely functional as a bed and couch.

This sofa bed is well built overall although some of the legs thread got stripped upon assembly so we have to pull out the bottom section carefully when turning it into a "queen" size bed (since we have it on a rug, we have to be careful not to drag the front legs that are loosely attached due to this issue). It's comfortable to sleep on (if you like a firm bed). The mattress upholstery has a chemical smell but it's getting better as we air it out.
